When people think of recreation in Moraine, the Payne Recreation Center is the first place people think of. The Payne Recreation Center has two main levels. The first level includes our rentable multi-purpose room and meeting room, clubhouse for kids, and our beautiful gymnasium. The second level includes our weight room, a walking/running track, cardio theater room, cardio room, and our aerobics room.
