Family Health & Fitness Day
Join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and family bonding at our Family Health and Fitness Day event! It's the perfect opportunity to promote a healthy lifestyle and create lasting memories together. 

Activities & Highlights:




  • Bubble/Foam 5K Run (9 AM - 10 AM) - 3 laps (3 miles) around the outside track. Participants can choose to either run or walk. There will be multiple bubble stations where bubbles will be blown onto participants as they run/walk by. 


  • Outside Laser Tag (9 AM - 12 PM)


  • Wet & Dry Inflatables (9 AM - 12 PM)


  • Axe Throwing ( 9 AM - 12 PM)


  • Food Trucks ( 9 AM - 12 PM)
