To purchase any membership, new or renewal, all guests must provide a valid Driver’s License. To be eligible to receive the Moraine Resident or Moraine Business rate, guests must provide one of these documents as proof:

o Moraine Resident (Only Required if the Guest’s Driver’s License Does NOT List Their Moraine Address): (1) Utility Bill, (2) Lease Agreement, OR (3) ‘Ohio Interim Documentation’ from the Ohio BMV
o Document Must Include Name, Address, and Be Dated Within Last 30 Days or Show Appropriate Date Range Moraine Business: (1) Pay Stub [Showing Moraine Taxes Taken Out]
o Document Must Include Name, Employer, and Be Dated Within Last 30 Days or Show Appropriate Date Range

If you are unable to provide one of the forms of proof shown above, alternate documentation may be accepted based on Manager approval only.

Military members who show proper identification are eligible to receive a 10% discount off any membership.
