Summer Camp - Week 3: Time Travelers Dates: Weekly starting on June 8th-July 31st Time: 9am-1pm -snacks provided daily Location: Gerhardt Civic CenterPrice: $50 per child, per weekAges: 6-13Week 1: Nature Explorers June 8th-June 12th: Dive into nature where we explore everything from jungles to the arctic! We’ll adventure to both Sunwatch Indian Village and the Wild Hearts African Farm to visit all of the animals they have, from capybaras to emus and more!Week 2: Space Odyssey June 15th-June 19th: To infinity and beyond! Let’s take off on a week full of space travel! Campers head to the National Museum of the United States Air Force to get up close with planes and visit the Space Gallery.Week 3: Time Travelers June 22nd-June 26th: Travel back in time in this wacky week of time bending shenanigans! Campers travel back to the 19th century pioneer days at Learning Tree Farm and travel back from 1796 to present at Carillon Historical Park.Week 4: Water World July 6th-July 10th: Let’s have a splash... I mean, a BLAST! Diving into lots of water-themed fun! Campers adventure to Charleston Falls Preserve and Holes Creek Park.Week 5: Fantasy July 13th-July 17th: Get ready to experience the mystical and magical with trolls, unicorns, Bigfoot, and everything in between! Campers visit Aullwood Audubon to meet the trolls and also get to explore the whimsical Wegerzyn Gardens.Week 6: Spy Kids July 20th-July 24th: We’ll enter the world of investigation and espionage in this action packed week! Each child receives an official NFL jersey, belt, and flags to play in and keep after the season concludes. The program will focus on teaching kids the fundamentals of flag football while creating a fun competitive atmosphere. We have partnered with the City of Dayton's Parks & Rec Department to create a bigger and more diverse league. Practice starts the week of July 6. Practices will be held at either the Moraine Civic Center or Moraine Recreation Center. Games will be played at Centennial Field (504 E Helena St, Dayton, OH 45404) starting the week of July 20 for all age divisions. Last day to register is June 21Practice & Game Info:4U - Practice once a week on Wednesday or Thursday. Games are played on Saturdays. 6U - Practice once a week on Monday or Tuesday. Games are played on Wednesday and Saturday. 9U - Practice twice a week on Monday and Wednesday. Summer Sports Skill Clinic Series - Volleyball Clinic This fun and engaging Summer Multi-Sport Skill Clinic Series introduces participants to a variety of sports in a positive, non-competitive environment. Each clinic focuses on building fundamental movement skills, basic sport techniques, teamwork, and confidence. Participants will rotate through different sports such as flag football, volleyball, and basketball. This program is perfect for beginners or kids who want to try multiple sports before committing to a league.Flag Football Skill ClinicThis three week clinic on Wednesday evenings will be instructed by a local area high school varsity football coach and a current collegiate football player. The clinic will focus on throwing and catching, routes and defense, and real action game play.Volleyball Skill ClinicOver three weeks on Wednesday evenings, players will work with former varsity coach and current club coach Rob Hayes to sharpen the fundamentals of the game. Sessions cover serving and passing, setting and attacking, and live scrimmage play to put it all together.Basketball Skill ClinicThis two week clinic on Wednesday evenings is led by shooting coach Thom Townsley, sponsored by the Indiana Pacers. Players will build better shooting mechanics, work on ball handling and finishing at the rim, and finish each session with live game play.

Summer Sports Skill Clinic Series - Volleyball Clinic This fun and engaging Summer Multi-Sport Skill Clinic Series introduces participants to a variety of sports in a positive, non-competitive environment. Each clinic focuses on building fundamental movement skills, basic sport techniques, teamwork, and confidence. Participants will rotate through different sports such as flag football, volleyball, and basketball. This program is perfect for beginners or kids who want to try multiple sports before committing to a league.Flag Football Skill ClinicThis three week clinic on Wednesday evenings will be instructed by a local area high school varsity football coach and a current collegiate football player. The clinic will focus on throwing and catching, routes and defense, and real action game play.Volleyball Skill ClinicOver three weeks on Wednesday evenings, players will work with former varsity coach and current club coach Rob Hayes to sharpen the fundamentals of the game. Sessions cover serving and passing, setting and attacking, and live scrimmage play to put it all together.Basketball Skill ClinicThis two week clinic on Wednesday evenings is led by shooting coach Thom Townsley, sponsored by the Indiana Pacers. Players will build better shooting mechanics, work on ball handling and finishing at the rim, and finish each session with live game play.

Summer Sports Skill Clinic Series - Volleyball Clinic This fun and engaging Summer Multi-Sport Skill Clinic Series introduces participants to a variety of sports in a positive, non-competitive environment. Each clinic focuses on building fundamental movement skills, basic sport techniques, teamwork, and confidence. Participants will rotate through different sports such as flag football, volleyball, and basketball. This program is perfect for beginners or kids who want to try multiple sports before committing to a league.Flag Football Skill ClinicThis three week clinic on Wednesday evenings will be instructed by a local area high school varsity football coach and a current collegiate football player. The clinic will focus on throwing and catching, routes and defense, and real action game play.Volleyball Skill ClinicOver three weeks on Wednesday evenings, players will work with former varsity coach and current club coach Rob Hayes to sharpen the fundamentals of the game. Sessions cover serving and passing, setting and attacking, and live scrimmage play to put it all together.Basketball Skill ClinicThis two week clinic on Wednesday evenings is led by shooting coach Thom Townsley, sponsored by the Indiana Pacers. Players will build better shooting mechanics, work on ball handling and finishing at the rim, and finish each session with live game play.
